Audit Supervisor/Manager
Location: Kent County, RI (Onsite or Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee audit engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior staff, fostering their development.
• Prepare and review financial statement engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Provide expert insight and advisory services to clients across industries such as Manufacturing, Contractors, and Real Estate.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, SSARS, Attest Standards, and IRS Tax Code to ensure compliance.
• Leverage technology, including Thomson Reuters Engagement Manager (formerly AdvanceFlow), QuickBooks, UltraTax, and Microsoft Office to deliver efficient and effective services.

Qualifications:

• CPA Certification required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on audit engagements.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and engagements across various industries.
• Thorough understanding of technical accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
