Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of civil construction projects from planning through completion.
Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery.
Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and coordination.
Ensure compliance with DOT, municipal, and safety regulations.
Mentor and lead project staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in civil construction project management.
Proven background in DOT, highways, roadways, underground utilities, earthwork, and grading.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong leadership, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
