Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, and other entities
  • Oversee client relationships and serve as trusted tax advisor on planning and compliance matters
  • Conduct research on technical tax issues and provide guidance on complex tax situations
  • Provide leadership, counseling, and career guidance to develop and motivate team members
  • Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver comprehensive client service
  • Stay current on tax law changes and their impact on clients
  • Represent the firm and build relationships through networking and professional organizations

Qualifications

  • Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required
  • Minimum 5+ years of public accounting tax experience 
  • Strong technical knowledge across individual, corporate, and pass-through entity taxation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience supervising and developing staff
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
