Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, from initial consultation through trial.
- Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable results for clients.
- Serve as a persuasive advocate in court, including preparing and presenting cases in front of judges and juries.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties involved in litigation.
- Work closely with a talented support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- License to practice in Wisconsin
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.
- Proven trial experience and success in the courtroom.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and strategically in high-pressure situations.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- A passion for helping clients and making a difference in their lives.
