We’re hiring experienced CNC Programmers/Setup Machinists to join the team. These roles involve hands-on programming, machine setup, and operator training, with multiple 1st shift opportunities available.

1st Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC machines with tooling, part programs, and work-holding equipment; perform first-piece runs.
  • Train operators on machine processes and proper usage.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using technical drawings and CAD files.
  • Troubleshoot setup or programming issues to ensure high-quality output.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of CNC programming and setup experience (Horizontal Boring Bars or Turning Centers preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, ISO standards, and materials used in machining.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train others effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
