🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Sales Representatives

• Develop relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and end users
• Generate new business and grow existing accounts
• Prepare technical recommendations, estimates, and proposals
• Support customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Promote commercial and industrial HVAC equipment solutions

Sales Managers

• Lead and mentor technical sales professionals
• Drive territory growth and strategic expansion
• Support recruiting, training, and team development
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and operations
• Strengthen customer relationships and market presence


🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, controls, MEP, construction, engineering, or technical sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Technical aptitude with a consultative sales mindset
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Commercial or industrial HVAC experience preferred
• Engineering or technical background highly valued

For Sales Management Candidates

• Prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Territory growth or team-building experience is a plus

• $80K–$160K+ base salary (depending on experience)
