Lead, motivate, and manage multiple concrete crews (5+ teams) across various projects
Own the day-to-day operations on-site—set the tone and get results
Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and materials to keep jobs on track
Review and interpret all construction documents and specifications
Manage and track performance, productivity, and site logistics
Solve problems fast and communicate clearly across all teams and stakeholders
Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to run a crew and keep everyone aligned
Deep understanding of concrete construction processes, scheduling, and quality standards
Experience reviewing plans, specs, and submittals to ensure 100% compliance
Ability to proactively solve problems and keep jobs moving
