We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems and continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives process improvement, and leads a team focused on delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute site-level quality strategy and objectives
Manage and develop a team of quality professionals
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO/IATF or similar)
Drive continuous improvement, non-conformance, and corrective action processes
Partner cross-functionally to improve product and process quality
Monitor quality trends and implement preventative actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
7+ years of quality leadership experience in a regulated industry
Strong knowledge of QMS, FMEA, DFM, RCCA, and supplier quality
Proven experience leading teams and driving compliance
Preferred Qualifications
ASQ certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
QMS implementation experience
Work Authorization
