About the Company:
Our client is a well-established dairy manufacturer with 40+ years of success, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and growth. They are expanding and adding a Multi-Site Plant Manager to lead operations across four facilities. This is a great opportunity to join a company actively investing in its people and operations.


Position Overview:
The Multi-Site Plant Manager will oversee 4 plants, driving operational excellence, food safety, employee development, and continuous improvement. This is a floor-focused role for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams and delivering results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor plant managers across 4 sites

  • Manage production costs, labor, yield, and process improvement

  • Ensure compliance with GFSI, FDA, SQF, and company food safety standards

  • Oversee capital improvement projects and budgets

  • Foster positive employee relations and team culture

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and meet customer service targets

  • Champion health and safety initiatives

  • Support new product and marketing efforts

  • Act as key liaison with executive leadership


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in plant or operations leadership in food manufacturing

  • Experience training and mentoring management/staff

  • Dairy/Cheese background preferred; food industry required

  • Strong understanding of production, quality, and food safety

  • Proven success executing projects and managing budgets

  • Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
