About the Practice

• Established: Serving the community since 1971
• Patient Mix: 50% PPO, 50% Fee-for-Service
• Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday – Friday
• Active Patients: 4,500
• Technology: Cone beam, iTero, Invisalign provider, and in-house Periodontist
• Facilities: Spacious office with six doctor chairs, six hygiene chairs, and dedicated lab and sterilization rooms

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 annually, with a strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
• CE Allowance: Generous support for continuing education

Qualifications

• Education: DDS or DMD degree with an active Connecticut license in good standing
• Experience: 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred; general dentistry residency completion is a plus
• Skills: Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, strong diagnostic and treatment abilities, and a focus on preventive care
• Growth-Oriented: A desire to keep learning and improving in a supportive environment
