Associate Dentist – Full-Time
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Salary Range: $150,000 - $300,000 Annually

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Saratoga Springs, NY. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

About Our Practice

• Serving the community since 2015
• Current Drs.: 3 PT | Hygienists: 4 | Operatories: 7
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm
• 50% FFS / 50% PPO
• Active Patient Base: 3,300 – 35-40 new patients per month
• Office Equipment: Medit Scanner, Cerec, Wave One, Overjet, etc.

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
• Generous CE allowance

• Malpractice insurance

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with active New York license in good standing.
• Completion of a residency program in general dentistry preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment with a focus on prevention.
• Desire to continue learning and improving professionally.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with patients.
