HVAC Project Manager – Commercial / Design-Build
A well-established, growing mechanical contractor is hiring an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial projects and drive results. Known for excellence across higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial builds, this company offers strong leadership, steady backlog, and long-term stability.
Lead HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout
Own budget, schedule, and overall project performance
Coordinate with clients, GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
Mentor and lead project engineers and field teams
Proactively solve issues to keep projects on track
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
Design-build background preferred
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting skills
Confident leader with clear communication and coaching ability
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
