If you bring 10+ years of BIM/VDC experience in mechanical construction, this is worth a conversation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and assist in developing BIM models for HVAC duct, piping, and plumbing systems

• Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP trades

• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks and related tools

• Oversee file setup, cleanup, composite coordination, tagging, dimensioning, and detailing

• Produce drawings that meet contract requirements, design standards, and code compliance

• Support field teams and occasionally visit project sites

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in BIM/VDC for HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, or Sheetmetal

• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

• Experience coordinating large commercial projects (hospitals, universities, courthouses, high-rise condos)

• Knowledge of chilled water and condenser water systems

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office

• Understanding of mechanical and plumbing codes
