Commercial Litigation Attorney 

Respected law firm seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3-10 years of experience to join their dynamic legal team in Natick, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, including:

• General Litigation
• Bankruptcy Litigation
• Real Estate Litigation
• Trusts and Estates Litigation

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle diverse and complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas.
• Collaborate with attorneys from different departments on overlapping matters.
• Provide exceptional legal counsel and representation to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Willingness to handle a variety of litigation matters.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
