PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to coordinate a team to develop a large multi-disciplinary estimates
  • Determine labor and equipment costs
  • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
  • Understand project logistics and project schedule
  • Understand all bid documents and assess project risks
  • Review quotes and estimates with the project team
  • Prepare estimates and different levels of completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD, etc.)
  • Orchestrate pre-construction duties and meeting with owners, clients and engineers
  • Serve as company interface between owner & architect
  • Responsible for developing leadership, motivation, and communication with owners, subs and project team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field
  • Experience working on large multi-million-dollar projects exceeding $25Million dollars
  • Advanced computer skills with estimating software
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Advanced Computer skills with MS Office
  • Extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles
  • Understand all aspects of horizontal and infrastructure projects
