Commercial Lines Producer
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. The Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored commercial insurance solutions. This role requires excellent sales, communication, and networking skills, along with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and develop new commercial insurance clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
Prepare, present, and negotiate insurance proposals, quotes, and renewals.
Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines (property, liability, auto, workers’ compensation, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads and close sales.
Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain).
