Litigation Attorney – Civil Litigation
Location: Remote (California licensure required)

gpac, a 30+ year recruitment firm, is partnering with a well-established law firm to find a Litigation Attorney to join their growing civil litigation practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for attorneys looking to advance their legal careers with the flexibility of remote work while contributing to a reputable and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and depositions

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare compelling legal arguments

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

  • Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses to gather and evaluate evidence

  • Provide clients with sound legal advice and develop effective litigation strategies

Essential Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

  • 2–5 years of civil litigation experience

  • Demonstrated success in case strategy and resolution

  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in legal research tools and technology
