Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join a growing Industrial and Civil Construction team. This is a role supporting multiple project sites and requires a strong background in heavy civil, site development, infrastructure, or industrial construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing project plans (scope, schedule, and budget)

• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and constructability reviews

• Prepare engineering designs, technical specifications, and detailed drawings

• Develop project work plans, work element plans, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)

• Manage project engineering assignments to ensure compliance with company and contract requirements

• Develop and maintain quality control reports, documentation, and compliance logs

• Perform regular onsite inspections and quality audits across active project sites

• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventative actions

• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies

• Provide technical support in construction planning, design interpretation, and resolution of field conflicts

• Establish and enforce quality control procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Control within Civil or Industrial Construction

• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods and industrial services projects

• Experience with site development, earthwork, concrete, utilities, or infrastructure

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and engineering documents

• Experience managing QA/QC documentation and reporting systems

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites
