GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established, mid-size Southeast commercial general contractor serving healthcare, hospitality, municipal and education clients. The company is adding a MEP Commissioning Project Manager to its team in Baltimore, MD. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: MEP commissioning experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare, hospitality, education and municipal projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
• Manage MEP commissioning scopes from planning through turnover

Requirements

• MEP commissioning experience is required.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
