The Work: A Balanced Defense Practice
The firm is seeking a specialist to manage a diverse portfolio with a strategic 50/50 split between:
Single-Plaintiff Litigation: Defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation.
Complex Class Actions: Leading the charge on PAGA claims and wage-and-hour class action defense.

Requirements
Licensure: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and in good standing (Active status).
Experience: 2+ years of dedicated California Labor & Employment litigation experience.
Subject Matter Expertise: Solid understanding of CA wage & hour laws, PAGA, and FEHA.
Defense Background: Proven track record in a solid labor/employment defense practice.
