I’m conducting a confidential search for a rockstar Project Coordinator for one of Atlanta’s premier, award-winning specialty commercial contractors. This is not just another back-office role. This Project Coordinator will be the operational heartbeat of the team—keeping projects moving, customers informed, and service activity running seamlessly.

🎯 The Role: Project Coordinator (Yes, We Need a Standout Project Coordinator)

The Project Coordinator will:

• Support multiple operating units and project teams simultaneously

• Coordinate service activity and ensure efficient scheduling

• Respond to customer needs with professionalism and urgency

• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records

• Prepare reports, process adjustments, and open/maintain customer accounts

• Proactively resolve service issues before they escalate

This Project Coordinator will serve as the communication hub between customers, field teams, and internal leadership—ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
