Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial and General Litiigation Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in some or all of the following areas - Llitigation, Probate and Estate Planning, Real Estate, Workers’ Compensation, Employment Law, Creditors’ Rights, Business Law, Mediation, Appellate Legal Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Participate in client meetings and provide strategic advice on all matters

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar
  • 3-10 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial litigation and the willingness to handle a variety of litigation matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
