Senior Healthcare Attorney | Miami, FL

A well-established law firm is seeking a Senior Healthcare Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join its Miami practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare litigator with a strong background in medical malpractice, complex litigation, and federal litigation, along with additional experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.

What You'll Do

  • Handle complex medical malpractice and healthcare-related litigation from inception through resolution
  • Manage sophisticated matters in both state and federal courts, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial
  • Advise healthcare providers and organizations on licensing, regulatory, compliance, and risk-management issues
  • Handle or advise on healthcare-related white collar criminal matters and investigations
  • Develop litigation and legal strategies for high-stakes healthcare disputes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on complex legal matters

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of meaningful legal experience
  • Strong medical malpractice and complex litigation background
  • Significant federal litigation experience
  • Additional experience with healthcare licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters
  • Experience handling healthcare-related white collar criminal matters is a plus
  • Florida Bar admission
  • Strong research, writing, advocacy, and client-management skills
  • Existing book of business is a significant plus
