📍 Charlotte, NC | 💰 $70K–$130K Base | 🏗️ Future VP Opportunity
A respected custom residential builder is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee luxury home builds ranging from $800K to $3.5M. This role offers a clear path to grow into a VP of Construction or Operations for the right leader.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Manage 4–6 high-end residential projects
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subs, quality, and client communication
Handle both field and office operations
Support transition into custom spec home building
✅ What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in custom residential construction
Strong leadership and field experience
Highly organized, reliable, calm under pressure
Buildertrend or similar software knowledge preferred
Long-term mindset — not looking to start your own firm
