As a Tax Senior, you will deliver high-quality tax services, helping clients manage complex tax regulations and identify savings opportunities. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and a commitment to client service.
Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
Conduct tax research and develop solutions to client tax challenges
Assist in tax planning and consulting across various industries
Mentor and supervise junior staff to support their growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication
Stay updated on tax laws and apply best practices
Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
CPA designation required
4+ years of public accounting experience in tax compliance and consulting
Proven leadership and staff development skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with various industries preferred, including real estate and manufacturing
Proficient with tax software and related technology tools
