Position Overview

As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager, you will oversee complex tax engagements, support staff development, and deliver excellent client service. You’ll also contribute to firm strategy, growth, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts

  • Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting across various industries

  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior and senior staff

  • Conduct technical research and communicate findings to clients and team

  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all regulations

  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives and business development


Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license required

  • 7+ years of relevant public accounting experience

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

  • Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals preferred
