Qualifications for Business Development Associate:

  • Around 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services, with experience in Commercial Lines being a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities for Business Development Associate:

  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
