Trust & Estates Litigaiton Attorney Position Overview:

A well-established full-service business law firm in Northern California is seeking a Trust & Estates Litigation Associate Attorney with 2 to 7+ years of experience to join its litigation team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their practice in a supportive, community-focused environment. This position offers the chance to work on challenging, high-impact cases while advancing your career within a supportive, high-caliber legal environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in trust, probate, and estate litigation matters

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation

  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex matters while also managing cases independently

  • Provide strategic counsel and clear communication to clients throughout the litigation process

Qualifications:

  • 2–7+ years of litigation experience with a strong emphasis on trust and estate disputes

  • Additional experience in business, commercial, or real estate litigation is a plus

  • Strong academic credentials and solid litigation skills

  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • California Bar admission required

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $140,000 – $240,000

  • Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
