A top local General Contractor is looking to add a Lead Superintendent to their team. This position will be in charge of and leading diverse Class A Office Tenant Improvements. These projects range from $100K up to $20M.
Qualifications:
-Over 2 years leading Class A Office TI projects as an acting Superintendent
-Lead daily meeting with the entire crew
-Hire, train, manage those underneath you
-Follow drawings and approved plans
