One of the top ten mechanical contractors in the US is hiring an experienced Estimator. This role supports HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing projects with values in the millions of $$$.
Responsibilities
Review drawings, specs, and contracts
Perform material and labor take-offs
Prepare accurate bid proposals
Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
2+ years mechanical estimating experience
Strong HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing knowledge
Ability to read construction drawings
Experience with retrofit/remodel estimating
QuoteSoft experience a plus
Pay & Benefits
$90,000–$140,000 salary based on experience
