I am currently partnering with a well-established and highly reputable commercial general contractor experiencing steady growth. Due to increased project volume, they are adding an Estimator to their team.

Responsibilities:• Prepare conceptual and hard bid estimates• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids• Work with project management and field teams during preconstruction• Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and scope reviews

Preferred Qualifications:• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience• Experience with ground-up or renovation projects• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications• Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar)
