Lead, Inspire, and Drive Growth as Sales Manager – Cabinetry & Millwork 

Are you a results-driven sales leader with expertise in cabinetry, millwork, and countertops? Join our expanding team as a Remote Sales Manager and take charge of driving revenue growth while leading a dynamic sales team! We ship our premium products nationwide and to Caribbean ports, offering tailored solutions to contractors, homebuilders, architects, and homeowners.  This is a Base Plus Commission role with a 3 tier bounus structure.  Total compensation well over 100k for leaders!

What You'll Do as Sales Manager – Cabinetry & Millwork 

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 sales reps, ensuring top performance and professional development.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Oversee performance metrics, market trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Play a key role in hiring, firing, and team development decisions.

What You Bring as Sales Manager – Cabinetry & Millwork 

  • 3-5+ years of successful Sales Management experience in cabinetry, millwork, or countertops.

  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Expertise in sales strategies, market segmentation, and customer acquisition.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
