A respected Arkansas family law office is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who can keep cases organized while communicating with clients professionally and compassionately.

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

• Draft pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents
• Maintain case files, calendars, court dates, and filing deadlines
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Prepare exhibits and documents for hearings, mediation, and trial
• Assist with divorce, custody, child support, and related matters

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous family law or litigation experience
• Strong organization, writing, and client communication skills
• Familiarity with Arkansas court procedures and electronic filing
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion
