Machine Operator
Richland County, Wisconsin | $20–$25/Hour

gpac is partnering with a food manufacturer seeking a Machine Operator with mechanical aptitude and an interest in growing beyond basic machine operation.

This opportunity is a fit for someone who enjoys working hands-on, recognizes when equipment isn’t running correctly, and takes pride in keeping production moving.

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment and monitor performance.
• Support equipment setup and make routine operating adjustments.
• Identify equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Perform operator-level equipment care and routine maintenance within your training.
• Communicate repair needs to the maintenance team.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and an organized work area.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment.
• Experience with basic equipment care or autonomous maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a dependable approach to work.
• An interest in learning new skills and taking on additional responsibility.
