Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of the company’s waste collection and recycling services.

  • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate sales contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and comply with company policies.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position the company’s services.

  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to the Sales Manager regularly.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the waste management or related industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

    • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
