Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new LTL customer business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
  • Negotiate rates and manage customer contracts
  • Coordinate shipments with a dedicated operations and dispatch team
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI and revenue targets

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
    • Ideally: $300K+/month revenue & $30K+/month gross margin
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with strong self‑motivation
  • Ability to manage and grow customer accounts independently

    Compensation & Benefits
  • $80K–$100K base salary
