Superintendent - Commercial Construction

An award winning, high-performing commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to run ground-up projects from the field. You’ll be trusted to take ownership and keep execution tight from start through closeout.

This is a field-driven role centered on execution—coordinating trades, maintaining schedule, and resolving issues quickly to keep the project on track.

Travel is required with this role. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead all on-site operations for ground-up commercial projects
• Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and day-to-day field coordination
• Build and maintain the project schedule, adjusting as needed to stay on track
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact progress
• Maintain quality standards and enforce jobsite safety
• Run jobsite meetings and keep communication aligned between field and office

What They’re Looking For

• Experience running ground-up commercial projects as a Superintendent
• Ability to manage multiple trades and keep work progressing on schedule
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
• Someone who takes ownership and operates with a high level of accountability
• Willingness to travel to projects
