A respected Virginia law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of substantive experience to join its team. The ideal candidate has strong litigation skills, can manage matters with limited supervision, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial and business litigation matters from initial pleading through trial preparation
Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and dispositive filings
Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
Participate in hearings, depositions, and client communications
Collaborate with partners and senior litigators on complex disputes
Qualifications:
4+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Commitment to high-quality work in a fully in-office environment
