Cooperative and Condominium Litigation Attorney, Partner Level: Lead and Grow a Premier Practice in New York City

Ready to lead a premier co-op and condo practice and take it further? Our client is seeking a partner-level Cooperative and Condominium Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience to lead and expand its New York City practice advising boards, sponsors and developers. A book of business is not required.

This is a hybrid role.

What You'll Do

• Lead and expand a premier co-op and condo practice advising boards, sponsors and developers
• Advise and represent co-op and condo boards and managing agents
• Litigate matters in state and federal court
• Handle arbitrations, mediations and foreclosures

What We're Looking For

• Active New York Bar admission in good standing (required)
• 10+ years of experience
• An entrepreneurial background with an established client following is a plus
• No book of business required

Compensation

• Base salary of $225,000 to $285,000+
• Hybrid schedule
