Estimator – Commercial and Multifamily Construction

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort adapting as project requirements and priorities change
• A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

Your day-to-day:

• Develop and manage estimates for multiple projects running at the same time
• Prepare budget cost estimates covering labor and materials
• Apply Conceptual Design and Value Engineering where needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports and project plans
• Partner with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, while also working autonomously
