A sophisticated, international top-tier law firm is seeking to add an Employment Attorney to its team in Minneapolis. The firm offers a flexible schedule, with attorneys typically in the office a few of days a week for collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Advise employers on hiring, employment contracts, compensation, discipline, and termination matters
• Defend employers in wage-and-hour and PAGA matters
• Handle union and management matters, including organizing campaigns, grievances, arbitration, and dispute resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work product

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Minnesota Bar in good standing
• 4 to 6 years of labor and employment experience
• Wage-and-hour and PAGA experience required
• Strong academic background
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
• An enthusiastic, positive approach and a team-player mindset
