**Controller**

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Oversee job cost accounting and ensure accurate project financial tracking.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to align financial strategies with company goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction accounting practices, including job costing and WIP reports.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
