Plaintiff Trial Attorney – Seattle, Washington (Open to Defense-Side Candidates)

This is a great opportunity for a litigation attorney with real trial experience who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal matters. While the role is plaintiff-side, candidates with a defense background and solid trial experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side civil litigation matters from intake through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and manage the full discovery process
Conduct depositions, prepare expert witnesses, and participate in mediations
Represent clients in court — including at trial
Collaborate with a skilled legal team to develop and execute case strategies
Maintain regular and effective communication with clients
Essential Functions:
Handle full trial preparation and trial execution
Provide practical and strategic legal counsel based on case evaluations
Analyze and interpret financial, medical, and factual records
Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Washington State (WSBA member)
3+ years of civil litigation experience with trial experience required
Background in either plaintiff or defense litigation
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Thorough knowledge of Washington civil litigation and courtroom procedures
