Agronomy Warehouse Manager in Los Molinos

Job Description

Gpac is partnered with an established agriculture company to hire a Cold Storage Warehouse Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control and Inventory Management
• Coordinate orders and logistics of deliveries with staff
• Maintain safe working conditions inside the warehouse and educate others on proper operations
• Prepare orders
• Safely operate equipment to unload seed and other products, ensuring
• Make deliveries as directed
• Facility maintenance

Requirements:

• Relevant management experience in cold storage warehousing and agriculture
• High regard for the safety of self and others
• Reputation of quality work, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and consistent attendance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer skills and willingness to learn computer programs-barcoding software experience highly preferred
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Available to work long hours in peak season
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must currently resine in or near Tehama County, CA

Pay: $75K-$90K base DOE
