Civil Litigation Attorney Overview: We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Applicants should have a background in defending civil litigation cases, with a particular preference for experience in construction litigation, trucking and transportation, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation.

Qualifications:

• NC licensed civil litigation attorney with at minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Ideal candidates will have a background in defending civil litigation claims, with preference for those experienced in construction litigation, trucking and transportation, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation matters
• Attorney must have strong and demonstrated experience handling cases through trial and arbitration processes.
• We welcome NC-licensed attorneys either currently residing in the Western North Carolina area or those willing to relocate, interested in a flexible hybrid role based out of Asheville.
