• Build and nurture relationships with local producers and external customers
• Trade a variety of crops including wheat, flax, canola, durum, corn, pulse crops, and more
• Provide detailed market summaries and communicate vital information to accounting, facilities, and other teams
• Monitor future markets regularly to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends

What We Need:

• 5-10 years of proven grain merchandising experience
• Strong communication, math, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with software systems and tools relevant to grain merchandising
• Experience with crops that are common in the region
