This is a hybrid opportunity to join a high-performing team and support attorneys on complex litigation matters from discovery to trial.

Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid: 3 in-office / 2 remote)
Position Type: Full-Time | Must be local to Pittsburgh
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 (Based on Experience)
Billable Hours Required


About the Role

This position supports the Litigation Group, assisting with high-stakes matters in a fast-paced law firm setting. You’ll work alongside attorneys on a variety of case phases including:

  • Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and court filings
  • Supporting e-discovery and vendor coordination
  • Managing document databases and preparing privilege logs
  • Assisting with deposition and trial preparation
  • Interacting with clients, experts, and court personnel
  • Maintaining detailed and organized case files

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved) preferred
  • 3+ years of litigation experience (law firm setting)
  • Must be comfortable billing hours
  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with legal research tools and e-discovery platforms (NetDocuments a plus)
  • Must thrive in a deadline-driven, high-accountability environment
