Job Description

Position: Trial Attorney

I am working with an AV rated law firm located in San Antonio, TX. This law firm provides clients with a wide range of civil matters including personal injury, construction litigation, products liability, premise liability and toxic torts. I am seeking a 3-10 year Trial Attorney that is open to working on a wide dockett of cases with one of the founding members of the law firm. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self motivated, proactive and organized. This is a partnership track opportunity. Partner Attorneys with a book of business are encouraged to apply.

Trial Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases efficiently from start to finish.
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and participate in proceedings
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Trial Attorney Skills:

  • JD degree and active law license with 3-10 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
  • Trial experience preferred.
  • 1st or 2nd chair jury trial experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
