GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large, long-established Chicago general contractor with a deep healthcare practice and data center experience. The company is adding a Project Manager / Senior PM - Healthcare and Data Center to its team in Chicago, IL. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Healthcare construction experience of any kind; data center experience also valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare and data center work, including occupied hospital environments
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Healthcare construction experience of any kind; data center experience also valued.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
