We are partnered with a well established, family-owned company that has a need for a Quality Technician in the South Bend area that has prioritized craftsmanship and employee care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured components
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Document inspection results and maintain quality records
Identify non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
Work closely with production teams to ensure daily quality standards are met
Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment
Assist with internal audits and quality system compliance
